These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the Payello promotional offer for a free A920 Terminal ("Offer"). By accepting the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Offer Validity Period
This promotional Offer is valid for agreements signed between 22 September 2025 and 31 October 2025, inclusive.
2. Offer Details
The Offer entitles eligible customers to receive a full refund for the cost of one (1) A920 Terminal upon meeting the specified conditions.
Device Cost: The standard cost of the A920 Terminal card machine is £79.00 plus VAT, totaling £94.80.
Refund Amount: Payello will refund the full amount of £94.80 to the customer.
3. Eligibility
This Offer is open only to new customers who:
a) Successfully sign up for a payment processing agreement with an Acquirer introduced by Payello within the promotional period (22 September 2025 – 31 October 2025).
b) Are approved by the Acquirer for payment and card machine services.
c) Receive and retain the A920 Terminal.
d) Process 1 transaction using the A920 Terminal within 7 days of it being delivered.
4. Refund Process and Timing
A. Initial Charge (Acquirer): The charge for the A920 Terminal (£79 + VAT) will be raised and collected directly by the Acquirer via Direct Debit, as part of your initial invoice and agreement with them.
B. Refund (Payello): Payello will process the full refund of £94.80 directly to the customer's nominated bank account. The refund will be processed before initial Direct Debit payment for the A920 Terminal is due to be taken by the Acquirer. Although Payello will send the refund immediately, customers should allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in their account, depending on their bank's processing times.
5. Key Relationship Note
Payello is running and funding this promotional Offer and is responsible for processing the refund of £94.80. The Acquirer is the payment processing service provider and is responsible for the initial charge of the card machine. These companies are separate entities. Any ongoing billing, service, or hardware support queries must be directed to the respective company.
6. Termination and Withdrawal
Payello reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend this Offer and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
If the customer cancels their payment processing agreement within any specified trial or cooling-off period, or if the agreement is terminated by the Acquirer for breach of terms, the customer may be required to return the card machine or have the refund rescinded.
