These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and participation in the "£50 Welcome Bonus" promotion (the "Promotion") offered by Payello (the "Promoter"). By accepting the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Offer Validity Period
This promotional Offer is valid for new customers only between 2 November 2025 and 30 November 2025, inclusive.
2. Offer Details
The Offer entitles eligible customers to receive a payment of £50.00 (fifty pounds sterling) upon meeting the specified conditions.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for the £50 Welcome Bonus (the "Bonus"), the eligible customer must satisfy the following conditions:
a) Successfully sign up for a payment processing agreement with an Acquirer introduced by Payello within the promotional period (2 November 2025 – 30 November 2025).
b) Be approved by the Acquirer for payment and card machine services.
c) Receive and retain the A920 Terminal.
d) Process 1 transaction using the A920 Terminal within 7 days of it being delivered.
4. Bonus Amount
Upon verification of the customer meeting all Qualification Requirements (Section 3), the Promoter will initiate the payment of the Bonus, which is £50.00 (fifty pounds sterling).
5. Payment Process
The Bonus will be paid as a direct transfer to the same bank account used and verified in the customer's initial application submitted to the Acquirer via Payello.
6. Timing
The payment process may take up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which the customer successfully qualifies for the Bonus. The Promoter accepts no liability for any delays in the receipt of funds caused by the receiving bank.
7. No Alternatives
The Bonus is non-transferable and no cash or credit alternative will be offered, save for the payment of the £50.00 cash sum as stipulated.
8. Abuse Prevention
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the Bonus if it suspects, in its reasonable opinion, that the customer's participation is fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to, using the Promotion primarily to obtain the Bonus without the genuine intention of using the related services.
9. Conjunction with other Offers
Notwithstanding any other terms, this Promotion can be used in conjunction with other valid Payello promotional offers unless otherwise stipulated in the specific terms of those other offers.
10. Key Relationship Note
Payello is running and funding this promotional Offer and is responsible for processing the Bonus payment. The Acquirer is the payment processing service provider. These companies are separate entities. Any ongoing billing, service, or hardware support queries must be directed to the respective company.
11. Termination and Withdrawal
Payello reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend this Offer and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
If the customer cancels their payment processing agreement within any specified trial or cooling-off period, or if the agreement is terminated by the Acquirer for breach of terms, the customer may be liable for any costs incurred by the Promoter.
